END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. General Information

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the BluuTimer software developed and distributed by BluuTimer.

By installing, activating or using BluuTimer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. License Grant

After completing a legitimate purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BluuTimer under the terms of this Agreement.

Purchasing BluuTimer grants the right to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code or any intellectual property rights.

All copyrights and ownership rights remain the exclusive property of BluuTimer.

3. Lifetime License

BluuTimer is sold with a Lifetime License.

A Lifetime License allows the purchaser to use the purchased version of BluuTimer without time limitations.

The Lifetime License:

• does not require any subscription fees,

• does not expire,

• allows reinstallation after replacing or reinstalling a computer,

• remains valid for the original purchaser.

A Lifetime License does not automatically include all future products or entirely new major versions released as separate products.

BluuTimer may, at its sole discretion, provide software updates, bug fixes, security improvements and new features without any obligation to do so.

4. Authorized Purchase Sources

A valid license is obtained only when BluuTimer is purchased from official sources authorized by BluuTimer.

Authorized sources include:

• the official BluuTimer website,

• the official Gumroad product page,

Software downloaded from unofficial sources may be modified, incomplete, infected or unauthorized.

BluuTimer accepts no responsibility for software obtained from unofficial sources.

5. Permitted Use

A valid license allows the user to:

• install the software,

• use the software for personal purposes,

• use the software for commercial purposes,

• use the software within their own business or professional activity.

6. Business Use

Organizations purchasing BluuTimer may install and use the software on computers owned or managed by that organization and used exclusively for its business activities.

The purchased license may not be:

• resold,

• transferred to another company,

• rented,

• shared as a separate service,

• used to bypass purchasing additional licenses where required.

7. License Key

After purchase, the customer receives a unique License Key.

The License Key confirms ownership of a legitimate license.

The license holder agrees to:

• keep the License Key secure,

• not publish it publicly,

• not distribute it to unauthorized persons,

• not use it for unauthorized software distribution.

BluuTimer reserves the right to refuse replacement License Keys where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity.

8. Restrictions

Unless permitted by applicable law, the user may not:

• copy or redistribute the software,

• sell the software without written permission,

• remove copyright notices,

• distribute modified versions,

• reverse engineer,

• decompile,

• disassemble,

• attempt to recover the source code,

• bypass or interfere with software protection mechanisms,

• create competing software based on BluuTimer.

9. Updates

BluuTimer may release software updates including:

• bug fixes,

• security improvements,

• performance improvements,

• new features.

The frequency, availability and scope of updates remain entirely at the discretion of BluuTimer.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

BluuTimer is provided "AS IS".

Although BluuTimer makes reasonable efforts to maintain software quality, it does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation,

• compatibility with every hardware configuration,

• compatibility with every operating system version,

• complete absence of software defects.

The software is used entirely at the user's own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluuTimer shall not be liable for:

• loss of data,

• loss of profits,

• interruption of business,

• indirect or consequential damages,

• damages resulting from misuse of the software.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their own data.

12. Intellectual Property

BluuTimer, including but not limited to:

• source code,

• executable files,

• software architecture,

• interface design,

• graphics,

• icons,

• documentation,

• trademarks,

• logos,

• branding,

is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

All rights remain the exclusive property of BluuTimer.

13. Termination

This license remains valid until terminated.

BluuTimer may terminate this Agreement if the user materially violates its terms.

Upon termination, the user must immediately cease using the software and destroy all copies in their possession.

14. Acceptance

By installing or using BluuTimer, you confirm that you:

✓ agree to be bound by its terms.

4. License Purchases and Payments

Payments for BluuTimer licenses are processed through trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe and Gumroad.

When you make a purchase, payment information is handled securely by the payment provider according to their own Privacy Policy.

BluuTimer does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

We may receive limited purchase information required to provide your license, such as your email address, order information, and license details.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Your locally stored BluuTimer data, including your time records and logs, is not accessible to us and is never uploaded from your computer.

6. Cookies and Website Usage

7. Security

BluuTimer Refund Policy (Effective Date: August 2026)

1. Digital Product

BluuTimer is a digital software product delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

By purchasing BluuTimer, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a downloadable digital product.

2. General Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of digital software, refunds are not automatically granted after purchase.

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

3. Technical Problems

If BluuTimer does not function as described because of a verified software issue, please contact our support team.

BluuTimer is not responsible for software obtained from unofficial websites or unauthorized third parties.
