Welcome to BluuTimer.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BluuTimer website and the purchase of BluuTimer software. By accessing this website or purchasing a BluuTimer license, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase the software.

2. Product

BluuTimer is digital desktop software provided under a Lifetime License.

Your purchase grants you the right to use the software in accordance with the License Agreement.

The purchase price covers the software license only. No subscription or recurring payments are required.

3. Purchases

After a successful purchase, you will receive:

  • A downloadable ZIP archive containing the BluuTimer installer.

  • A PDF containing your individual license key.

Please keep your downloaded files and license key in a safe place.

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal.

BluuTimer does not collect, store, or process your payment card information directly.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed before purchase.

BluuTimer reserves the right to change product pricing at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

6. License

Your purchase is subject to the BluuTimer License Agreement.

By purchasing BluuTimer, you also agree to comply with the terms of the License Agreement.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the BluuTimer Refund Policy.

BluuTimer may receive updates, improvements, and bug fixes at our discretion.

A Lifetime License does not guarantee future updates, new features, or continued software development.

BluuTimer, its software, logo, branding, website content, graphics, and documentation are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No part of BluuTimer may be copied, redistributed, modified, or used without permission.

10. Website Availability

We make every reasonable effort to keep the website and downloads available.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

11. System Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device meets the minimum system requirements required to run BluuTimer. BluuTimer currently supports: Windows 10 (64-bit) Windows 11 (64-bit) The software may not function correctly on unsupported operating systems or devices that do not meet the minimum requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

BluuTimer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except where required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluuTimer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software or website.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data and log files.
